Minimum Stay
There is a minimum stay of 2 nights at the weekend in all our guest rooms and cottages, and 3 nights mid-week on bookings for our self-catering cottages only.

Dinner – £26.50 per person per night (inc 20% VAT)
Breakfast – £12.50 per person per morning (inc 20% VAT)
Packed lunches – £10.00 per person per day (no VAT)
All prices are inclusive of VAT @ 20% and include all linen, towels, gas and electric.
Deposits
When making a reservation, we ask for a credit card number or the cost of the first night’s accommodation to secure your booking.

Cancellation policy Llanerchindda
When you make a reservation at Llanerchindda, you are entering into a legally binding contract.
In the event of you having to cancel the reservation within 14 days of arrival, you will be liable to pay the full cost of the whole reservation you have booked. However, we will make every effort to re-let the reservation (if we can only re-let part of the reservation booked, you will be liable to pay for the remainder).
In the event of you cancelling prior to 14 days before arrival, you will only be liable to pay a cancellation fee of £15.00 per room booked, or £50.00 per cottage booked.
We strongly advise guests to take out holiday cancellation insurance. Remember that you may already be covered on your credit card or through an annual holiday insurance policy.
In the event of you having to cancel your reservation due to severe winter weather, we will not charge you for the accommodation you have booked – and hope that you will make a booking for later in the year.
