WTB 4 Star self-catering cottages.
At Llanerchindda, there are two cottages: Y Stabl Cottage, which sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and The Farmhouse, which sleeps up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms.
Both cottages have stone walls, oak stable doors, under floor heating and an open log fire, giving that wonderful feeling of a warm, cosy home.
Llanerchindda Farmhouse (5 bedrooms, sleeping 10)
This is the original farmhouse with a beautiful feature inglenook fireplace, smithy fire and ham rails on the ceiling.
The kitchen is well equipped with Gas Cooker, Microwaves, Toaster, 2 Fridges, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Ironing Boards.
Upstairs, there are five bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. They can be either double-bedded (King Size) or twin bedded. There is an additional Sofa bed in one of the rooms, making it ideal for families. The other rooms comprise a double with a Sofa bed, a twin and a single – all sharing a bathroom on the ground floor.
Bed linen and towels are provided. There is no extra charge for gas or electricity.

Facilities at Llanerchindda
Whilst staying in our cottages, you are more than welcome to join us for breakfast and evening meals in the Guest House (see the restaurant section under Guest House for more details).
Opposite the cottages is a laundry/utility/drying room with washing machines and gas dryer, and lots of space for drying outdoor clothes.
There is parking for 20 cars with extra space available in the lower car park.
From the elevated position of Llanerchindda, we have grandstand views over the Cynghordy Viaduct and the Bran Valley.
There is almost no traffic on our little road and with nature trails, streams and woods we have a safe and tranquil environment.
There are many activities to undertake in the area including fishing, horse riding, bird watching, walking, cycling, 4×4 driving and trail riding. We have a wide range of maps available and can point you in the right direction for any activities that you wish to undertake.
We have carried out a lot of work on our small lake, putting in a summer house with decking overlooking the lake. It’s a lovely place to go and sit and read, to relax, to paint, to take pictures, have a picnic or even to go wild water swimming. There are some lovely walks in the area as well.
As we are very remote and the nearest supermarket is 8 miles away, please let us know if you would like to have a welcome pack placed in your cottage before arrival. We can send you a shopping list if you wish (to complete and return to us before your arrival).
We have free Wi Fi internet access available in both cottages
