Cambrian Safaris provide excursions into the Cambrian Mountains in a Land Rover Discovery.
The tours are designed to be flexible. The area we cover is beautifully diverse. And we will customise every tour depending upon your interests and whether you have any prior knowledge of the area.
We will collect you from your accommodation, for a specially customised day out, or you can arrange to come to us at Devils Bridge.
If you would like a predominantly ‘off road’ trip of Green Lanes (mostly rough tracks), please ask (trips are individually priced).
We offer:
- Tours of the ‘Hinterland’ – Ceredigion’s uplands including locations used in the TV series ‘Y Gwyl’ (or ‘Hinterland’).
- Tours of the picturesque historic estates of the Ystwyth Valley and surrounding area.
- Tours of the Cambrian Mountains’ by-roads and the Elan Valley.
Tours can include a selection of old mines, or other historic sites and will always pass a variety of small lakes and reservoirs.
Some tours may include driving on rough tracks where permission has been obtained.
